A LETTER FROM THE
PRESIDENT OF THE
MASSAPEQUA MUSTANGS
Since 1958 the Massapequa Mustangs has been a part of this community and has offered boys and girls the opportunity to be a part of its football family. During that time, you as parents have allowed us to play a role in the development of your children, and for that, we are truly grateful.
Football is the ultimate team sport where every player depends on the hard work and dedication of his or her teammate to be successful. As an organization we try to carry that lesson off the field and teach our players and cheerleaders that they are a part of something bigger than themselves or their teams, they are a community. As part of this commitment the Mustangs have encouraged its players and cheerleaders to give back to the community by helping with local food pantries and being a part of the fight against breast cancer.
Although we are proud of our past work, we know that there is a lot more that we can do. It is our hope that with the support of our players, cheerleaders, and their families, the Mustangs will be a part of this community for decades to come and will continue to aid in the development of your children.
Thanks,
Greg Dietrich
