Massapequa Mustangs Raffle Book Fundraiser
RAFFLE BOOK RETURN
Sunday 11-26-2017. Coach Piatti will be in equipment building Monday (11/27) from 7pm to 9pm for raffle book returns. Every raffle book (sold or not) for every team and every coach has to be handed back.
Mission Statement: All football players to sell raffle books to family, friends and
neighbors for a chance for them to win (4) elite prizes, as well as the seller to compete
to win (5) top prizes to the top raffle sellers. All money raised will go directly to the
Mustangs Football program, to keep us as a top youth organization.
Step 1: -All Coaches or Team Mom’s to distribute and direct all players on our raffle
book program.
Step 2:- All Coaches or Team Moms to distribute each player “ 3 Book Minimum.”
Please keep a roster of players in an envelope and sheet provided. Keep track of each
individual amount of books and money. All unused Books must be returned they are
controlled by numbers.(Plenty of extra books are available)
Step 3: All Coaches should encourage and excite each participant on the prizes below
that are up for grabs for the lead raffle seller’s. We want to make this a competition and
get them excited. We expect each child to sell three raffle books. However, we
encourage them to walk their neighborhood and keep selling (With adult supervision ).
There are plenty of extra books available!

Chances are $5.00 each or a book of (5) $20.00
Prizes to be announced at the Mustang Dinner Dance(TBD)
( winners need not be present at dance)

Coaches, We will be distributing your raffle envelopes the week of Sept. 20 at Burns
Field. Please come down and pick up. If you can’t make it, please call me to arrange
pick up. The program will begin Sept. 20- Nov. All coaches and Team moms will hand
envelopes, money and raffles in by that date(Nov. 1) to the below board members. Any
